Come join us in a small group. We meet in people’s homes or at the church or anywhere that we have a chance to gather. Below you will find more information about small groups and how you can become involved.
Every Other Wed. night, 7 pm Tuesday, 6 pm
Tuesday, 7 pm
Groups are currently meeting in the church and throughout the area; and we are always open for other ideas. We welcome everyone into a group; you don’t have to be a member of our church to attend a Small Group. In that Small Group, you can experience the relationship of community and discover God’s purpose for your life.

Small Groups are not 'just another thing we do' in our church. These are an essential part of our church fulfilling what we believe to be God's purpose for us as His people carrying out His plan and purpose.
Our Vision Statement reads: To reach unchurched people and help them become fully devoted followers of Jesus until they go out to transform our city for Christ. That is what we focus on because we believe this is what God has called us to be and to do.
Small Groups are a way for us to accomplish that directive. Small follow a biblical pattern established by the early Church to carry out its mission.
Acts 2:42 (NLT) They joined with the other believers and devoted themselves to the apostles' teaching and fellowship, sharing in the Lord's Supper and in prayer.
Acts 2:46-47 (NLT)
They worshiped together at the Temple each day, met in homes for the Lord's Supper, and shared their meals with great joy and generosity— [47] all the while praising God and enjoying the goodwill of all the people. And each day the Lord added to their group those who were being saved.
We have small groups that meet in people's homes each week to have fellowship, share prayer concerns, carry on Bible studies, and develop ways to minister to each other and the church family.
Small groups also meet in the church . . . as well as places of business. Wherever we can gather people in a setting of love and acceptance we open wide the doors of opportunity to help each other grow to maturity in Christ.
Our small groups follow no set pattern in what they study. Each is unique to the personality of the leader and those who come to make up that group.
Curricula consist of through-the-Bible studies, such as Roman's: The Righteousness of God. . . or book studies by Beth Moore . . . or any number of recognized teachers and leaders who develop solid biblically sound teachings. (We ask that all such material be approved by the Leadership before being taught.)
These studies are taught either by a specified period of time - such as a 12 week study - at which time a new study and even a new class is begun. . . or an on-going study that continues with merely a change of material.
Small groups are designed for men . . . women . . . couples . . . youth - teenagers . . . and college. They are created by those who have a mutual interest and are open to any and all who wish to become a part of that fellowship.
They are designed as an on-going process of spiritual growth as well as outreach opportunities to invite the unchurched to become a part of our church family.
Small groups are one way God has called up to fulfill His mandate:
Ephes. 4:12-16 (NLT)
. . .To equip God's people to do his work and build up the church, the body of Christ, [13] until we come to such unity in our faith and knowledge of God's Son that we will be mature and full grown in the Lord, measuring up to the full stature of Christ.
[14] Then we will no longer be like children, forever changing our minds about what we believe because someone has told us something different or because someone has cleverly lied to us and made the lie sound like the truth. [15] Instead, we will hold to the truth in love, becoming more and more in every way like Christ, who is the head of his body, the church. [16] Under his direction, the whole body is fitted together perfectly. As each part does its own special work, it helps the other parts grow, so that the whole body is healthy and growing and full of love.
