3:30-4:30 Drive through Refills: Stay in your car, bring a slip of paper with needed refills. Put name, DOB, and phone number on your list
4:00 Sign in for physician visits.
Patients should have face covering and we are asking that the PATIENT ONLY enter the triage and clinic areas.
We will NOT be screening or treating patients with Covid 19. These concerns should be addressed through the Health Department or ER.
